Main Work Undertaken
Adhere to system concept and integrated planning, take brand as the leader of innovation, take high-quality development as the theme, and systematically build the brand system of “Four Good Rural Roads” in Jiangsu around the integration development of rural roads and local economy and society, information and intelligent construction, supporting the construction of beautiful villages, governance system and improvement of governance capacity, define the overall idea and target path of brand creation, and promote the high-quality coordinated development of rural road construction, management, maintenance and operation.

1. Constructed the high-quality development brand system of “Four Good Rural Roads” and clarified its connotation.
2. Took the lead in the exploration and practice of the all-round integrated development mode of “Rural Road + Industry, Tourism, E-Commerce and Logistics, Culture, Ecology, etc.” and released a number of typical cases.
3. The research results have promoted the formulation of Regulations on Rural Roads in Jiangsu Province, Guidelines for Construction of Beautiful Rural Roads in Jiangsu Province and other relevant system construction.
